Shakespeare’s wife, young literary men, and Junot Diaz

The Los Angeles Times with two reviews.
First up, Germaine Greer’s Shakespeare’s Wife, which “works to fill the ‘wife-shaped void in the biography of William Shakespeare.’”
Oddly, the Will-sized void in the biography of William Shakespeare remains elusive.
Then, Keith Gessen’s All the Sad, Young Literary Men, though the review doesn’t seem to mention that the real problem with current American fiction is that it’s filled with said (and, to keep from being sexist, their female counterparts).
Finally, Omnivoracious (from whom the above to links came via) interviews Junot Diaz. I’m still reading The Brief, Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. I’m also still enjoying it.
